How To Know When You Are Prepared for a Golf Tournament

Kathy Hart Wood Episode 57

Whether you are going to play after the winter break or didn't have an opportunity to practice before you play,  we often feel unprepared for the round.
I want to share that how to prepare for a tournament or a round after a break is individual. Each of us prepares differently.
It is determined by what we want to practice, how much we want to practice, and how frequently we practice.  And I want to put a different spin on it for you.  What happens when you don't get a chance to practice or play before an event?

In this episode, I explain what it means to be prepared versus unprepared.

I share with how to really prepare for a tournament so that you can play your best golf, regardless of how many balls you hit leading up to it.
