How To Recover From A Bad Start
Getting off to a bad start with a big number or a double bogey is going to happen if you play enough golf.
The urge is to press for birdies and good holes to make up for the double bogey.
Or you may think that the task is too big to overcome and you throw in the towel on the round.
In this episode, I respond to a listener question about how to get past a bad start. I share with you some truths to remind your brain and a couple ways to reframe the way you look at the start to your round.
I also talk about how to come up with a mindset shift that work for you.
Bad holes are going to happen and if they happen in the beginning of the round, it can be more challenging to stay in the game. I help you come up with a plan so you are prepared to have your best day possible after a big number.
